Yoga Exercises with the Half Upright Seated Angle and the One Legged King Pigeon II Poses In this video, I will begin by doing a combination of a «half upright seated angle» and a «heron» pose. This will stretch your legs. Next, with the help of the couch behind me, I will do an «extended puppy» pose. The next exercise, I will do a «one legged king pigeon II» pose. This will work on your balance and stretch your legs, and then I will transition into a «bird dog» pose. Next, I will do a «butterfly» pose. This will stretch your inner thighs. I will briefly do an «upright seated angle» pose, and then slowly transition into a «heron» pose.
