GTA 3: Liberty City 98 | GTA III With LCS Textures (Trees, Wheels, Timecyc) + Skin & Bones, etc.

This is probably the closest we can get GTA III to look like GTA LCS. Granted, there are limitations in the III Renderware engine, but it's great to see modders try to capture the atmosphere of the later LCS game and put it into the first GTA game in the 3D era.
