Original Xiaomi Power Bank 3 30000mAh 18W QC3.0 PD3.0 issue. Doesn't charge. Dead powerbank.

I have this powerbank fron February. I haven't charged any device yet. I plugged it before two days to charged it and nothing happened. Its dead. I have it about 48 hours on the charger and only the first dot from four dots blinking. If it's fully charged the 4 dots are active. At my situation only the first dot is active. When i plug off the cable the dot shutting down and powerbank deactivated. If i connect other device on it for charging nothing happenes. Its dead. I plugged different cables and different charger but i have the same problem. You will see what is my problem on video.
