ABOUT THIS DEMONSTRATION In this class, Fred Hatt and his model Briki demonstrate and discuss their experience playing with a free-tying predicament. Predicaments are Fred’s favourite form of rope play. Endurance, impossible choices, and playing with his bottom’s headspace are the key ingredients in the equation. In this form of play rigger and model are working ‘against’ each other rather that with each other. Predicament bondage is a form of bondage play, typically in which a person is restrained with the option of placing themselves in two equally but differently stressful positions, which are both sufficiently uncomfortable that the model is forced to shift after a time from one to the other available position.
