hello my dear friends, and welcome! a little study guide bellow ↩️ 💌 update letter: finally, a new video friends!! i thank yall deeply for the support, patience and understanding throughout this unintentional break of mine. i&been meaning to post for a really long time, but then my new rotation happened (ಥ _ ಥ) to say i&been exhausted and flabbergasted is an understatement. this is the toughest rotation of sixth year: internal medicine. we act as next year&interns, except with no experience and zero pay :&combining that with a really challenging tutor to build a relationship with (she makes everyone&lives 10x harder for no reason), it&been a difficult time. i&been really having to take it day by day. some nights are also full of anxiety, and i keep thinking about the infirmary still. my days have been fuller, with little time and mental energy to study after &still, i&been making constant efforts, and this video is a result of those! i have online class about 3x per week for the board exam. they have been helping me a lot staying consistent this rotation, since i try to tune in to them in real-time. now... december is almost halfway through and internal medicine rotation is coming to an end in two weeks!! hahaha what is time. what is life? i have a presentation coming up this thursday, and then a final report to discuss with my (really weird) tutor. it hasn&been all bad though!! getting to be in Lisbon at this time of the year again it&just such a blessing, i love love love...
