How to get the BF Injection from San Fierro at the beginning of the game - GTA San Andreas

There&a BF Injection that spawns on the beach in San Fierro. The purpose of this video was to obtain that vehicle and bring it back at the beginning of the game. No other BF Injections would count for this challenge.
