Yoga Exercises with the Standing Forward Fold and Half Circle Poses In this video, I will begin by doing some warm up exercises while in the «easy» pose. Next, I will do the «boat» pose. This will help strengthen your core muscles as well as improve your balance. From there, I will do an «upright seated angle» pose. The next exercise, I will do a «half circle» pose. Next, I will do a variation of the «standing forward fold» pose. This stretches out your back as well as your legs. I will place my one leg onto the table beside me, and extend my leg out sideways. I will do this exercise alternately for both legs. For the final part of the exercise routine, I will do a «wide legged forward bend» pose.
