HONDA PILOT Rear BUMPER REMOVAL AND REPAIR - We Fix the Bumper Plus we Replace a Broken Tail Light.

My friend backed in to a tree with her 2007 Honda Pilot. She dented the bumper and broke the tail light. We removed the rear bumper and the tail light. Do it yourself and Save Money! The removal of the rear bumper is fairly easy and the tail light comes off after removing just two 8mm screws. In order to remove the rear bumper, you need to remove eight screws located in the wheel wells (four on each side). There are also 4 screws on the top of the bumper, two on each side. Then you need to remove the plastic clips from under the bumper. Finally, you need to remove the 10mm bolts that hold the top part of the bumper. These bolts can be reached from under the car with a ratchet, socket and extensions. You can then carefully pry the bumper from the sides first and then from the clips on top of each corner. Installation is just the reverse of removal. To install the tail light, insert the two tail light pins in to the holes and fasten the two 8mm screws.
