The problem is a bug in Forza Horizon 4, where the game is unable to render the &Profile&of the wheel correctly and displays a blank screen instead. Custom profiles are available as they should, you just need to switch to them the same way as you normally switch between profiles on the keyboard tab. Because of a bug in the game there&an icon missing which would indicate how to do it. So the solution is as following: Using your keyboard, highlight the line with the &word, then press RIGHT ARROW on your keyboard (as if you indended to toggle between profiles). This should switch to the &Profile 1&and the screen should populate with &values. Manually map each in-game action to a button or axis of your steering wheel to achieve configuration as can be seen on 1:25.
