Nema23 23HS9430 6.8mH 3.0A per phase DMA860a driver 1/16 3000 and 4000 rpm

70V power supply, 200Khz control signal (I used smoothieboard with octoprint just for testing) this video is made for blog purposes. Some info: on video are 4 runs, first 2 each runs 3000rpm 3rd & 4th run for 4000rpm each does 500 rotates. to do 500 rotates with given acceleration (2000mm/s if we consider that our pulley has 40mm circle length) it takes 11.5 seconds math: V for 3000rpm & given length l = 40mm equals 3000rpm / 60s * 40mm = 2000mm/s = 2m/s rotates per second= 3000 / 60 = 50rps acceleration a = 2000mm/s (it's not a limit for given motor, I did with 20 000 mm/s^2 with equal pulley & speed time t to get speed 2m/s with given a = 2000mm/s^2 = 2000 / 2000 = 1 second path S, which motor passes to get speed 3000rpm equals S = (a*t^2)/2 = (2000mm/s * 1s^2) / 2 = 1000mm total time for 500 rotates Ttotal = (500rotates * 40mm - (1000mm * 2) / 2000mm/s) + 2s = 11 seconds I used mobile timer it was 11.2s - 0.2s error for syncing timer (start/stop). It looks realistic.
