Jovian is one of the effects primarily created with Crazy Helium Booth, in which the effect appears to be alien-face distorted while the hue is inverted. The sound effecf applied is known as “Waveform”, but the name sounds a bit misleading and should be considered as a future name change; it partially sounds like a violin.
