Beginners Ballet Class - Basic Ballet Exercise - Plie - ITALIA CONTI VIRTUAL This is a Beginners Ballet class, a basic ballet barre plie exercise with a demonstration and a “how to” technique class all rolled into one. The idea that the content is an informative explanation of ballet technique with essential tips to help your ballet technique progress. The purpose of our content is to provide an at home ballet barre workout from beginner, basic, intermediate all the way to an advanced level ballet dancer. This is the typical format of a barre that Mr. Solomon would teach during a master class at Italia Conti. All of the ballet combinations within the content are there to build your strength and technique. Mr. Solomon is an ex English National Ballet dancer and Head of the Italia Conti Dance Course.
