Walking through the park, our little hero here and there notices couples in love sitting sweetly on a bench, under a tree or behind dense bush thickets. Wanting to meet his soulmate, who is fully capable of sharing his boundless love, Charlie's hero begins to molest busy ladies, which is why he gets into a web of intrigue, anger and inevitable fights, both with cavaliers and with patrol policemen.
