Claude Debussy first published "Clair de Lune" in 1905 as part of the "Suite Bergamasque." But he began composing the suite around 1890 and revised it within fifteen years before publication, including the names of at least two of the pieces. "Clair de lune" is the 3rd movement, the title of which is taken from the poem "Clair de lune" by French poet Paul Verlaine written in 1869. "Suite Bergamasque, L. 75: Clair de Lune" is still considered one of the best works Debussy gave to the world. It has been used in many movies, such as "Twilight", "Casino Royale", "Seven Years in Tibet", "Ocean&Eleven", TV and miniseries. You can add this album to your favourite “Debussy” playlist and listen to any time. Composer: Claude Debussy Artist: Misha Fomin Thank you for watching this video by Oclassica!
