Beginner [7] - Attention Training Technique (ATT) - Metacognitive Therapy (MCT).

This video contains a 12 minutes practice session of the Attention Training Technique as described by Dr. Pia Callesen in her book 'Live more, think less'. It is designed to help us rediscover and strengthen our ability to guide our attention at will. The training is divided into three sections: Section 1: Selective Attention - 5 minutes - Focus on a sound for 10 seconds at a time. Section 2: Rapid Attention Switching - 5 minutes - Focus on a sound in intervals of 2-4 seconds. Section 3: Equal Attention - 2 minutes - Divide your attention equally between all the sounds.
