This is about seven months in the making, and I apologize for the delay, but today I proudly present to you: Steam Strikes Back - 60 Years on the Strasburg Rail Road. The Strasburg Rail Road has been home to steam-hauled tourist trains for six decades now, and last October saw a celebratory photo charter featuring their long-time resident steam locomotives, ex-Great Western Railroad 2-10-0 and ex-Canadian National Railway 2-6-0 hauling passenger and mixed freight consists on runbies at several locations along the railroad. Also featured is ex-Norfolk and Western 4-8-0 No. 475 hauling the scheduled passenger trains along the line, plus a whistle/horn battle with an Amtrak ACS-64 on the Keystone Corridor at Leeman Place. Lots of train action has been packed into this 52-minute video, and we hope you enjoy it! ~This was the first photo charter I attended, and I had a great time there getting to see some great steam action and meet amazing new people, and lots of fun was had putting this video together. A huge thank-you goes to to Mike (TheBuriedTruck) for narrating and giving feedback. Many thanks go to friends who gave feedback during production.~ Attributions are all in the credits.
