Essential for any dancer, circus performer & certified bad chick, the Splits are a must for improving flexibility & creating great lines! Here, I walk you through the proper way to warm up & stretch your Left, Right, & American splits to get the best possible lines & avoid any injury. Take it at you own pace & never push yourself past a mild burn. If you do this combination I demonstrate daily, you will see significant improvement! "Splitting" is way better than planking & is sure to get attention when done properly. Look for more episodes demonstrating different places you can do some splitting! Cars, tables or any flat surface turns into an amazing performance space with a great split. Make sure you stretch your splits every day to see improved progress. Always keep your hips square, toes pointed, knees straight. Make sure you warm up properly, stay hydrated & nEver push your body too far to avoid injury. A deep stretch should push you aLmost to the point of pain, but not past. I demonstrate & emphasize proper technique so you can see the most progress in your splits.
