Our happiness is a condition our minds whether we cultivate wholesome or un-wholesome mind states it's all occurring in our minds. Mindfulness gives us an ever-watchful guard at the gate of mind. We have to practice where we actually are in our spiritual development, not where we wish we were. Cultivate skills that will turn the mind to the direction we want to go. This is achieved through meditative practice and care-taking of our body, speech and mind.
