When I took over the creation of the original content alongside Fernanda, it struck me that we had never talked about it openly. As someone who lost biological parents as a child, I felt the responsibility to address the theme, to expose the longing that the character feels. If I had a character in my childhood who told me that to feel homesick and cry for the loss of someone is natural, I would have felt more welcomed. Glad I&getting the chance to deliver this message to my audience.
