Hi everyone! In this video I am making a router circle cutting jig. This time I decided to build a router circle cutting jig. A trim router is a very useful and a handy tool in the workshop and a circle cutting jig is one of the basic tools for a router. In this video I am showing how to build such jig to make perfect circles. The circle jig has a measuring tape on the bottom. You can adjust the radius and make circles of different diameters - in this case min is 2cm & max 60cm. While making the circle cutting jig I let the slider get as close as possible to the router bit to be able to cut circles with a small diameter. I am very happy with the result.
