Sir Alexander William Younger KCMG (4 July 1963 – 2 June 2026) was a British intelligence officer who served as the Chief of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) from 2014 to 2020. In April 2019, the government extended his contract to maintain stability through the Brexit negotiations, making him the longest-serving MI6 chief in 50 years.
