This demo will show you have to do a hard factory reset. You must have the Teyes firmware for your relevant Teyes unit ready on a USB stick. This will format your head unit completely and perform a fresh install. If the unit reboots and has maintained the settings, please copy the Forced Firmware Reset file into the firmware package by over writing updatecfg.txt with the one downloaded from the link Right Click on "Forced Firmware Reset" and click "save as" to download updatecfg.txt Search for updatecfg.txt inside the firmware zip file and overwrite with this one.
