UPDATE: As you watch this video pay attention the the view of the old pump/motor, especially the electrical connection. See the orange rubber seal? See the white piece of plastic? You’ll need to use a needle nose plier to extract those two items and install them into the new pump’s electrical connection cavity. The orange seal helps to keep moisture and dirt/grime from ruining the electrical connections. Applying some dielectric grease into the cavity wouldn’t be a bad idea either. This video will help you locate and replace your windshield washer pump and motor (all one unit). I left a couple details out but I’ll make up for it in this description. The part number for the pump/motor is Motorcraft WG-338. However you may want to verify this with an online parts directory where you’ll enter your VIN or license plate number. Or call the Ford dealership with your VIN. Also, after you install the pump/motor you may need to prime the pump by filling the reservoir and disconnecting the small rubber supply line on the bottom of the pump until your washer fluid come flowing out via gravity.
