High intensity workout to improve athleticism, your conditioning and endurance! A mental challenge to also have fun with!! Tabata timer HIIT is on!! The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest! We work through each pair of exercises for 4 sets! All you will need for this full body HIIT workout is your mat and a bottle of water handy! CROUCH TO FORWARD LEAN DEEP SQUATS ALT FORWARD LUNGES WIDE TO NARROW PUSH UPS BURPEE W/ x2 TUCKS SUMO SQUATS 1/2 REPS SPRINTER HIGH KNEES PUSH UPS STAGGERED SQUAT BACK FOOT HOP LUNGE HOVER SNOW ANGEL X OVER MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS HANDS TO FLOOR BURPEE PIKE PUSH UP Finisher: 30 seconds X2 LUNGE JUMP X2 PUSH UP BURPEES! Please ensure you spend at least 5 minutes warming up prior to beginning this workout! Remember, it is meant to be challenging! When it gets tough, think to yourself you are doing it great!
