Hello everyone. It was truly a long day for my family. Little Nguyen had to be hospitalized at 3 a.m. due to severe toothache. I had to leave home to take Nguyen to the city for treatment. The district hospitals were not able to treat Nguyen because he has a rare heart condition, and too much pain could stop his heart. That&why we decided to go to the city for treatment. It was a 170-kilometer journey to reach the city. Perhaps this was the day Grandpa felt the loneliest in the cucumber field because he no longer heard Nguyen&voice.
