Things have been crazy with Chromegloss, what with having to move, setting up his music software, etc. But here it is! If this looks a little too different from the first episode, it's because I'm still experimenting with various things, such as the thickness of the linework, the type of color detail. Oh, and I actually have a battle with voices! You can consider episode 1's battle a sort of practice for further battles in Manifest Heart. And if you'll notice, episode 1's battle used a lot of distant, neutral camera shots. That's because it's easier to animate. But I'm challenging myself by getting more interesting camera angles and less generic action. It's harder to animate, but it looks better. Part 1 focuses mostly on character development, and a little bit of plot. Part 2 is where things get more hectic (hence the title «Havoc Onboard»). You'll see. Also, this would have been up two days ago but my rendering experience with Sony Vegas was... silly. First it crashed...
