We're tearing down the AMD RX 6800 XT reference video card today, including a look at hole spacing, (unique) die size, thermal pads, thermal design, and comparisons to other cards. Taking apart the RX 6800 XT reference design isn't difficult and, to AMD's advantage, we didn't encounter any glue. That said, it's also not an impressive design, and perhaps explains why the card runs up above the 100-degree range with an overclock.
