Why do we love burpees so much? A full body movement, help build muscle and endurance, improve overall athleticism, coordination, balance, and such much variation that they can be what you like! The more you practice, the better you become at them! Burpees can be performed in many different ways and utilised for different purposes such as increasing strength or endurance. Burpees have always been one of my favourites! I know that you will finish this workout hopefully liking them even more! There are low impact alternatives throughout this workout. Remember to change any movement to suit you! For this high intensity session you will need for this fun session is a bottle of water handy, your mat and a lot of energy! The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds to get ready for next exercise! Each exercise such as push ups, will be followed by the burpee version of that movement so in this case it would be push up burpees!
