I was sore for 2 days after this workout! ✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Pyramid Workout: Full Body Workout With Dumbbells ✨ ► EQUIPMENT: A Set of Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. We're using between 8 and 15 lbs. ► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels! ► INSTRUCTIONS: It looks like this: ✔️ 7 Exercises ✔️ Performed in a Pyramid Format: Follow along with the 30 minute workout video in this post. It's a full body dumbbell workout at home that combines 7 strength training and HIIT exercises in one sweaty workout. I'll coach you through seven resistance training exercises inspired by the daily functional strength movements of beef farmers. The workout is a stack-on pyramid workout. That means you'll perform each exercise for 30 seconds, adding on moves as you climb up the pyramid.
