Whirlpool WTW4800XQ0 spinning full speed

Here is a vid of my new Whirlpool spinning a load of towels at full speed (700 RPM). The machine does a low speed burst first (400 RPM), coasts to a complete stop, then speeds up to full speed for a few minutes. The vid shows the last little bit of the low burst&stop then it speeds up to full. During the main portion of the spin, the pump shuts off making it very quiet.
