Sensing great power levels all around him he decided to seek them out coming across Shenhe. Unfortunately the warrior proved to be far strong then him. Cell would have to use his cunning and stealth to overtake the warrior. Will he be able to gain Shenhe's power and gain a step closer to regaining his power? P.S.
