[Nut MIDI series] CreeperNut series revamped

With Creepered Up's channel being removed, I guess the drama involving him is pretty much dead. But I just want to taunt at him one more time for bring such a bad Black MIDI maker, so I redid all of Creepered Up's Nut MIDIs. Now, no, I'm not saying Nut in a particularly alarming way; nut.mid is the colloquial term of how us black MIDI makers know how speeding up the tempo sounds like, which was coined by @orangepaprika67 a couple of years back. Now can we please stop making nut midis? They're making my head spin.
