Xbox Console Companion No Notifacation Fix {partys, and game/group} pc windows 10/abox app pc.

This is a fix for anyone like me that was missing the party and game notification option for Xbox console companion, mine is back because i found a fix, but i am just uploading this video on how i fixed mine. (watch till end to ensure you do not miss a step, missing a step could cause a failure of fixing app, also at very end i explain what to do if it doesn't work the first time.)
