Forget Your Worries With Pat’s Relaxing Hairstyling and Sandalwood Cologne at Elizabeth’s Barber Shop in Saint Paul. ✨ NOTE: On this visit, Patrick just tidied up my hair before styling it two ways because we had an upcoming haircut scheduled with Moustache Jim :) It was awesome to catch up with Patrick again! ?? His mom is a main focus in this shop from a childhood photo Patrick loves of her set near the front of the shop and the “Tough as a Mother” sign right beside his workstation. “I grew up watching my mom work two and sometimes three jobs,” Patrick says. “She put herself last, it wasn’t about her, it was about us. That’s kind of how I try to operate as a barber.” Giving back to the community continues to be a very important part of his life ❤️ Currently, Patrick is working towards becoming a licensed instructor to teach barbering. Since barbering saved his life, he wants to pass on opportunities to others in need. “What I would like to do is just try and help the next guy, try and help the next kid who wants to become a barber, but hasn’t been able to for whatever reason.
