How to replace an Alternator on a Range Rover L322 3.6 TDV8

The battery in my L322 3.6 TDV8 was going flat every two days or so, so I had the battery and alternator tested. The battery was fine, but the alternator was only charging at 12.2v - it should be over 13.6v. I was dreading the job, but it is fairly straight forward.
