Do not remove heat shield like somebody else is showing and afterwards he can&put it back. just push heat shield as high up as you possibly can and work with it like that. After you mount new starter, unwedge heat shield and bring it back to the position. it may look overwhelming but it&proper position. it¬ that hard to accomplish.
