Hi there! It's Pam :) In this video, let's see how to make Chicken-Mu or Korean pickled radish. A Korean sidedish that always come up with Korean Fried Chicken (I love calling it KFC hehe. Chicken-Mu is clear by the name itself. 'Mu' in Korean means 'Radish' so basically it means 'Chicken Radish' You see Korean Fried Chicken, you almost always see Chicken-Mu being served with it. Easy to make and requires only 5 ingredients.
