Hoodia gordonii Origin: South Africa Flower: Pale purple to dark maroon flowers that are saucer-shaped. More sunlight will help this succulent to bloom. Description: A leafless succulent that can grow up to about 40 inches tall. When the plant is young, the succulent starts out with one stem and later produces clusters of gray-green offsets that reach about 2 inches wide. Blooms come out around late summer to early fall.
