Mortal Kombat 9 Fatalities on Skarlet (Alternative Mod Costume)

I have this skin installed, but I couldn't figure out where I got it from. I have UBM as well as a couple MK3 costumes for Rain and Skarlet, so I assumed it showed up with one of those since I can't remember going out to get this skin specifically. If anyone recognizes it, send me a link to it's page so I can credit the author. MK Komplete on Steam. PC, so no Kratos.
