In Part Ten of Us and Them, Shahid Bolsen finishes dismantling the West's proclaimed values — rule of law is not a standard, it is a slogan; they took the chapter titles of civilization from Islamic tradition and ad libbed the rest — and then delivers the most urgent warning of the entire lecture. Muslims who believe the false image of the West are not just misinformed. They are strategically exposed, operating on a false map, giving good faith to a civilization that Allah already told you would never extend it in return. Their moderate is extreme. Their normal is abnormal. Every overture is a razor blade inside food. Every apparent concession is followed by a tightening of the grip. This is not anger. This is a condition — and like any condition, it explains everything without excusing anything. Bolsen illustrates the cognitive damage with a single devastating example: a Muslim revert who described Hajj as «definitely a privilege» because of the cost.
