A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) pool Workout to help you burn more calories and sculpt your body in less time! Approx 300 calories + in 22 minutes. A fast paced workout routine to get you to your cardio goal quickly. High energy music to motivate. No verbal instruction but there will be cues in the music and on screen as what to do, along with clear underwater views. Mute and Follow along to your own music, if you&like. High Intensity workout in your own home pool! For this workout, we will be doing 3 cycles of AB repeating exercises. Each cycle is about 6 minutes then we recover a bit longer. This workout can be done using no equipment or if you are looking for that extra challenge, slip on a pair of aqua gloves and join Stacy for some fun fast paced moves.
