Escape From Tarkov 1000 backend error. 228 items moving error. No purchasing items.

As of time of release of this video I've been waiting with a tech support ticket for 5 days with no response. While using a preset I tried to purchase items. My funds were to low so I clicked ignore. when I did my account prompted an error. Now I cant purchase anything from the vendors or the market with out a 1000 items error, after that I am stuck in a 228 moving error. I 've tried all the basics, clearing cache, logs, and file integrity check. I've also tried to sell or delete most items from stash hoping there wasn't a glitched item underneath. I 've checked each inventory slot with an item backing out ever move. looking for a glitched inventory space with no luck. Has anyone else ran into this error how was it resolved? #gamedevelopers
