Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross - Off Road, driving on the sandy beaches of Corolla & Carova NC

We had a great time exploring the northern end of the Outer Banks with our Eclipse Cross. I have had many 4x4/AWD vehicles in the past and this one performed exceptionally well. We drove through the deepest ruts made by the large tire vehicles and it had no trouble whatsoever even though you could hear it occasionally bottom out. We drove in Snow Mode and the tires were air'd down to 13 PSI so it never dug in at all. The suspension provided a smooth ride even over small hills and ruts. Before you leave me a thumbs down, all I had with me was a fake go pro with one broken mount that would only mount in the manner that I set it up. The auto exposure didn't work so well but at least you can see how cool the area is.
