Designed for people who want to strengthen their eyes whether you have crossed eyes (strabismus) or lazy eye (amblyopia). I am not a professional. I am simply a graphic designer who suffers with Amblyopia and Strabismus, and I developed these exercises to help people like me. ● Cover your dominant eye with hand or patch and train your weaker eye. ● Maintain a distance of 1 to 2 feet from the screen, adjusting based on screen size. The exercise aims to encourage movement within the eye socket. Do not move your head unless directed. Eyes only! ● Utilize a full-screen display. Opt for a large monitor or a 10&tablet, positioned closer for optimal engagement. The bigger the better. ● Exercise in a dark room with little to no other light. ● Dedicate 15-20 minutes daily, twice a day, to exercises with your healthy eye covered. Morning and night.
