В 7 км. от Красного Луча расположен Мемориальный комплекс и Музей боевой славы шахтеров на реке Миус. Музей боевой и трудовой шахтерской славы Мемориального комплекса на реке Миус Работа группы ленинградских архитекторов во главе с Александром Петровичем Гривским. Монумент-барельеф был открыт в 1968 году. Он выполнен из бетона и представляет окоп, поставленный на опоры, который виден с высоты птичьего полета. В его подножии дзот, амбразура которого направлена в сторону Красного Луча, где был враг в 1943 году.
