Gibson Les Paul Standard / Traditional – Heritage Cherry Sunburst (2011)

This is a great guitar, which has the 50’s neck and ‘swiss-cheese style’ weight relief. Gibson changed the specifications of their Les Paul Standard in 2008 to incorporate a fully chambered body for weight relief. They continued to produce the original (pre 2008) ‘Standard’ model under the ‘Traditional’ name with less weight relief to retain the feel of Les Paul’s of old.. The guitar is in excellent condition, it could be mistaken for new! All electrics work as they should, and the case is also very clean with catches / locks working as they should. The guitar is ready to go straight out of the case – it has had a pro setup, and restrung with a fresh set of 10’s. It plays wonderfully smoothly all over the fretboard, with low action and no buzzing.
