Hey Team #everydaywarrior, who’s ready to crush a fiery 45 MIN POWER WORKOUT? 🔥 We’re combining the best of strength & conditioning – my all-time favorite mix. This time, the focus is on the kettlebell: fires up your core like nothing else and engages all those small stabilizing muscles too 💪🏼 No worries if you don’t have a kettlebell - just grab a dumbbell instead and you’re good to go. 🙌🏼 Some of the strength moves will be repeated for that extra power boost, but not every single exercise - so it stays fresh and fun. ✨ One thing’s for sure: after these 45 minutes you’ll feel stronger, sharper, and ready to take on anything. Let’s smash it together! 🚀 Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising.
