How to change Oticon Real, More Hearing Aid Receivers (Speaker Units) and Retention Lines

In this video we show Anna how to change over her Oticon Real, and Oticon More receivers (Speaker Units) from a shorter Length 2 to a longer length 3 receiver as she found them a little short and pulling out of her ears.
