Insert the pointy end of the tool into the receiver lock, which is a small hole on the side of hearing aid, and push it to release the receiver. 4. Pull the Phonak receiver out. 5. Take a new Phonak receiver and insert it into the Phonak hearing aid, make sure the two pins of the receiver fit into the hearing aid. 6.
