since I got my hair done, ive been WAITING to do this workout for y&as it totally gave me shakira vibes and she has some pretty amazing songs to dance to. The goal of todays workout is to shake our hips and have fun, feeling confident in our own skin. So grab your dancing partner (or a small space you can do this workout on your own) and get ready to smile the entire workout.
